HOW SOON IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER SIGNAGE/CUSTOM BUILD?

We recommend ordering/reaching out no later than 2 months before your wedding.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

If you order a custom build we will work up a quote depending on size and complexity. Once approved we will work with you to create something you love by designing life-like mock-ups.

If you order smaller signage we will send you a quote, once approved we will work on designing something you love and send you mock-up to approve. We love when you send us inspiration that helps us get a better idea of what you are looking for.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO SECURE MY ORDER?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your order. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon approval of your proposal or quote. This not only allows us to begin the design and production process for your custom signage or build but also locks in your wedding date. Once your deposit is received, any rentals you’ve selected will be secured for your event, ensuring they aren’t booked by someone else. The remaining balance will be due before delivery, setup, or shipment.

ARE THERE FEES FOR CHANGES AFTER I ORDER?

If production on your order has been completed there will be a charge for additional changes. If a change is caught before production, or if there is a mistake made by us there will be no additional costs.

​WHAT SIGNAGE AND BUILDS YOU OFFER?

We offer a wide variety of custom signage and builds to fit your wedding or special event. Our signage options include welcome signs, seating charts, bar menus, directional signs, table numbers, and custom displays for favors or guest books. For builds, we specialize in unique installations like champagne walls, custom backdrops, wooden arches, and statement pieces designed to enhance your décor. Each item is tailored to match your theme, colors, and style, ensuring every detail is cohesive and unforgettable.

DO YOU DELIVER TO THE VENUE?

Depending on what you order, we can deliver and set-up at the venue for an additional fee. If its something small, we can schedule a time for pick-up or drop off at the venue depending on its location.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR

DAMAGES OR INJURIES RELATED TO SIGNAGE DURING THE EVENT?

We take every precaution to ensure our signage and builds are stable and safe during setup. However, once the items are delivered, installed, or picked up, responsibility for their care, safety, and use transfers to you or your venue. This includes any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the event. As part of this process, we will ask you to sign a liability waiver that releases us from responsibility after everything is delivered and set up.

DO I RETURN RENTED ITEMS?

For rentals such as a table chart wall or other large builds, we will take care of picking it up. Smaller rentals like mirrors, please take from the venue and we will schedule a pick-up when a time works for both parties.
